1. Fill in the information as it appears on the Petition for Divorce.
2. Fill in the paragraph numbers of the statements in the Petition for Divorce that you agree
with. For example, if paragraph 3 states: “We were married on October 1, 1999 in
Fredericton, New Brunswick” you may list that paragraph as one you are in agreement
with, if it is true.
3. If there are paragraphs in the Petition for Divorce that you do not agree with, list them by
paragraph number. Do not say why you disagree, just list the numbers of the paragraphs
you do not agree with.
4. If there are paragraphs in the Petition for Divorce that allege facts you have no
knowledge of, list them here.
5. If you wish to present other facts that relate to the Petition for Divorce, set out each fact
in separate numbered paragraphs. Use a separate sheet of paper if you run out of space.
